Famu Homecoming 2024 Hotels. Famu’s property has expanded beyond its main campus with the acquisition of two nearby apartment complexes for student housing known as rattler pointe east and rattler. Our homecoming is a significant boon to the local economy with high rates of occupancy in hotels in leon, gadsden, and wakulla counties and neighboring south georgia.
